Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the training system for the European company and manufacturing plant, including training regulations, procedures, workflows, training matrices, competency matrices, job qualification models, training records, and training effectiveness assessment mechanisms.
- Develop annual, monthly, and project-phase training plans, taking into account the company's and plant's construction stage, production and operational needs, job requirements, employees' competency gaps, and operational priorities.
