About the Role
We are looking for an industrial site supervisor to join our Industrial Services Division. Successful applicants will ideally have past supervisory experience within the drainage industry.
Location: Chester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £16.50 per hour
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
- Ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard while adhering to all H&S and company policies.
- Motivate, support and mentor staff.
- Work with Operational staff operating DISAB units.
- Assist on drainage related issues, including emergency call outs.
About You
- Previous Drainage/utility experience
- Previous DISAB experience/knowledge
- Past experience mentoring and motivating a team
