FPS is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to lead projects in the automation sector. The position emphasizes strong knowledge of electrical systems and programming with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelorās in Electrical Engineering, proven excellence in communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop PLC/HMI programs for diverse machines
ā¢ Set up VFDs, servo, and instrument systems
ā¢ Guide and direct junior team members
ā¢ Lead small to mid-sized automation projects
ā¢ Suggest electrical engineering changes as necessary
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering
ā¢ Minimum 3 years in industrial automation
ā¢ Proficient in PLC languages and HMIs
ā¢ Ability to create schematics and layout drawings
