In this role, you drive MAIT industrial planning and performance to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery of space hardware. You’ll coordinate with AIT management, production control, and engineering to optimize processes across multiple disciplines. You’ll analyze bottlenecks, lead improvement initiatives, and monitor KPIs to sustain operational excellence. The position offers impact across production areas and cross-site collaboration within Airbus Defence and Space. You’ll shape how MAIT operations scale with new projects and continuous improvement.
