Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare work area, materials, and tools
• Sand and clean surfaces before paint application
• Apply paint coatings with precision following specifications
• Conduct necessary touch-ups to ensure quality
• Maintain equipment and document completed work
Requirements:
• AEP, DEP, or DEC in painting fields
• Experience in industrial or aerospace painting is a plus
• Excellent concentration and visual skills
• Ability to distinguish colors and textures
