**What You'll Do**
+ Apply industrial coatings and finishes using spray equipment.
+ Produce high-quality, consistent paint finishes that meet customer and company standards.
+ Mix, measure, and apply coatings according to specifications.
+ Inspect painted products to ensure quality and accuracy.
+ Safely move materials and maintain painting equipment and work areas.
+ Follow all safety procedures and quality control requirements.
