Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing shop floor machines.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of machine breakdowns.
- Ensuring operating safety devices function properly after repairs, modifications, and installations.
- Participating in the PM program on all equipment for continuous improvement.
- Following up with contractors/suppliers to ensure parts are ordered and received on time.
- Prioritizing the work schedule to minimize disruption to production.
- Maintaining and repairing the physical plant structure.
- Implementing health and safety enhancements to machines and the plant.
- Performing 5‑S activities, including health and safety awareness/initiatives.
