Job Description
The Licensed Industrial Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and industrial equipment used in a highly automated Hilton Foods production facility. This position ensures production reliability, equipment safety, and reliable operations of food processing and packaging lines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures and parts requirements.
- Install, align, dismantle, and repair machinery such as pumps, conveyors, mixers, grinders, slicers etc.
- Inspect and examine machinery to detect and investigate malfunctions to improve production yield.
- Use specialized tools such as welders, hydraulic bolters, and cutting equipment as per job requirement.
