Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Industrial Manager is responsible for leading the industrial efficiency in all aspects, from footprint decisions to process, layout, flow definition and capacity analysis by plant. All decisions should be driven by cost optimization to maximize the profitability of the business while considering customer and supplier footprints.
Manage Metal Division Investment (CAPEX) for all Metal Plants. Develop strong relationships with the operation teams of all plants. Analyze and manage plant capacities for main generic equipment (stamping, laser welding, MAG welding, Spot welding, TEF, expanding, assembly). Ensure new capacity equipment launched follows the latest generic standards. Support the definition of the yearly metal CAPEX budget and track spendings monthly.
