As part of your duties, you will be required to:
- Interpret plans, drawings and technical documentation for various industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment (lathe, milling machine, CNC machine, sheet metal equipment, heat treatment, etc.).
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on various equipment using specialized tools.
- Participate in the design, manufacture and optimization of equipment.
- Perform work at heights (aerial work platform, elevating platform) and in confined spaces.
- Use electrical, pneumatic or manual tools depending on the operations to be performed.
- Use measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier and caliper.
Requirements
- DEC in Industrial Maintenance Technology or DEC in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in maintenance of production machinery (an asset).
