Industrial Maintenance Manager West Chester, PA Yearly Salary: $80,000K plus (based on experience) First Shift: Hours 7:00AM - 3:30PM Responsibilities: Manage a team of mechanics for the West Chester production facility, with departments that run 24/7 Lead the strategic growth of the maintenance department by defining roles, employees' talents, and transitioning operations from reactive to a preventive culture Read and use electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Repair and replace electrical components and wiring Maintain critical spare components inventory to support 24-hour operations Coordination of maintenance and repair with production and quality assurance teams Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the facility's equipment Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production Perform sc...
