Job Description
Workforce Europe is looking for experienced Industrial Insulation Fitters to join long-term projects across the Netherlands. You will work in industrial plants, refineries, and energy facilities, installing and maintaining thermal insulation systems on pipes, vessels, and industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install and remove industrial insulation materials on pipes, tanks, and machinery
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials according to technical drawings
- Apply finishing cladding (aluminum, stainless steel, or sheet metal)
- Work in compliance with strict industrial safety standards
- Inspect insulation systems for efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with scaffolders, welders, and mechanical teams on site
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Insulation Fitter
- Knowledge of insulation materials (Armaflex, rock wool, PIR, etc.)
