Key responsibilities in your new role
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Send interview invitations and follow-up communication
- Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements
- Document Collection & Processing
- Assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents
- Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information
- Administrative Support
- Update recruitment trackers and databases
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team
- Project & Event Support
- Assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives
- Support coordination of HR events
- Participate in internal team projects as assigned
