Salary $121,275 to $135,354 / Year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week
Summary of Duties: Lead and drive technical innovations in manufacturing equipment. Implement digitalization and automation equipment capital expenditures for Siemens’ Pomona Factory, while achieving calculated “pay-back” periods and saving commitments. Use internal and external resources to complete projects successfully. Connect and maintain data capture for machine performance measurement, while utilizing OEE and Opcenter. Communicate project status, participate in preparing and communicating business cases, functional plans and objectives.
