Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineering Senior Manager located in Prai, Penang. Responsible for managing a team of industrial engineers working on increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish work measurement programs and evaluate work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.
• Evaluate staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
