Primary Duties & Responsibilities
IE Standardization System Construction - 30%
- Establish, review and manage IE standards procedures and guide the team to comply. Set up and maintain IE standards: including standard capacity, standard working hours, standard manpower calculation system formulation, etc.
- Lead the team to realize IE team targets.
- Train develops and guide subordinates.
- Identify elements of improvements and assign right people to lead the improvement projects.
Manufacturing Cost Reduction - 20%
- Plan manufacturing budget, review product standard cost, monitor, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost.
- Break down quarterly/monthly cost management objectives, analyze and continuously reduce manufacturing cost.
