- Experience: 1-2 Years Experience in Production/Manufacturing
- Requirements/ Skills: Proven experience in production process optimization, layout design, and work measurement
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
