Job Description
You support the Engineering & Test function by developing, executing, and improving test solutions for new and existing products. Your work ensures product quality, manufacturing readiness, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards while partnering closely with Manufacturing and Design teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test methods and procedures for new and existing products.
Build, validate, and maintain test fixtures, assembly fixtures, and automated test programs.
Support manufacturing operations by analyzing test results and improving test yield.
Compile, assess, and analyze production test data to identify trends and risks.
Propose and implement corrective actions for test processes and product deficiencies.
Define test strategies and assess product testability during new product introduction.
