Job Description
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain standard labor hours for manufacturing processes
- Analyze and improve work methods to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Evaluate equipment capacity to ensure full utilization
- Review and optimize line capacity and flexibility by reducing NVA activities and utilizing common equipment
- Monitor and review SMT capacity versus production demand
- Drive workload leveling and overall process efficiency
- Design efficient production layouts and material flow
- Plan timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure assembly line setup aligns with the master schedule
- Manage equipment inventory and coordinate transfers (in/out) to meet operational requirements. Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
