- Lead Kaizen events focused on the “6S wastes” and Value Stream Mapping. ( Quantify cost savings and productivity gains from each 6S and/or Value Stream improvement.
- Coach teams to own and sustain 6S practices.
- Build real time dashboards to track progress and drive corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement Governance
- Maintain a suggestion system for frontline 6S ideas.
- Facilitate regular 6S review meetings and celebrate successes to reinforce cultural change.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience leading 6S/5S programs in large scale manufacturing.
- 5 years experience demonstrated success in redesigning plant layouts to support 6S and Lean flow.
