Job Description
My client in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for a driven Business Process Engineer to join their team in Jhb to help drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute cross-functional projects
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive Kaizen improvements
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights
- Build dashboards and performance reports
- Collaborate with BI teams to enable data-driven decisions
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory
Experience
- 3–5 years' relevant experience
