Job Description
Our client is a well-known food manufacturer. Due to growth, seeking an Industrial Engineer to join the manufacturing team. Primary responsibilities include:
+ Analyze production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase manufacturing throughput using LEAN principles.
+ Conducte time studies and line balancing to optimize labor utilization and production capacity.
+ Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to implement continuous process improvements.
+ Develope standard work instructions, monitored KPIs, and ensured compliance with food safety and quality standards.
+ Lead root cause analyses to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and support operational excellence.
+ Provide reports to upper management and stake holders.
