Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and optimise manufacturing and assembly processes
- Conduct workflow studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and facility layout improvements
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing standards
