Job Description
An Industrial Engineer in manufacturing optimizes production systems by analyzing, designing, and improving workflows, processes, and equipment to maximize efficiency, quality, and safety while minimizing costs and waste. Key duties include conducting time studies, continuous observations, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, improving facility flow, and optimizing shop floor activities.
Responsibilities
+ Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to analyze, design, and optimize production processes, eliminating waste, reducing cycle times, and improving overall operational efficiency while maintaining high product quality.
