**Industrial Cleaning Worker**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Industrial Cleaning Worker** to maintain our plant’s safety, compliance, and strict environmental controls.
**- Location:** Williamsburg, MI 49690
**- Work Schedule** : Mon to Fri / **1st Shift:** 7 am to 3:30 pm
**- Pay rate:** 18$ per hour
**- Contract:** W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (temp to hire)
Key Qualifications:
+ HS diploma / GED required and 1+ year of related work experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
+ Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team leads.
+ A safety-first mindset. _Experience with cleanrooms, GDP, or EMS is a major plus!_
