Industrialization
- Identifying the levers of industrialization
- Build and manage the industrial schedule in accordance with the project schedule.
- Work closely with design to ensure that the definition of new products is consistent with the means of manufacturing, assembly and testing (DfX).
- Defining documentation, tools, production processes and guaranteeing the development of technical production data.
- Participating in the industrial validation of the development and qualification stages.
