Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support operational requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials, parts and services at competitive prices.
- Review supplier quotations, conduct cost analysis and recommend optimal purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor, material and pricing data within the ERP system.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, supplier development and risk mitigation strategies to improve procurement performance.
