Work across the various teams within Mortgage Services on a rotational basis department to understand key responsibilities of each unit.Understand and follow policies, guidelines, and procedures.Work within established guidelines to prioritize workload and liaise with various internal teams.Conduct research on systemic barriers to mortgages for Indigenous peoples.Draw on lived experiences to bring awareness to issues impacting Indigenous communities.Work collectively with peer Indigenous Interns.Develop and deliver a final paper/report with findings and recommendations.
