Job Description
Drive change within Shared Health Manitoba as an Indigenous Senior HR Consultant. Focus on Indigenous recruitment, retention, and creating a culturally safe workplace environment.
As a key HR leader, you will work to enhance Indigenous workforce planning and analysis in support of Manitoba’s healthcare system. Reporting to the Provincial Planning Director, your role involves strategic leadership, collaborating with teams to promote employee engagement and monitor performance. Your efforts will contribute towards truth and reconciliation initiatives.
