In this role, you will provide L3 level support for Aon’s enterprise-wide print infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability and performance of large-scale print environments across multiple locations. You will work extensively with HP and Xerox print ecosystems, lead complex troubleshooting and vendor transitions, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain a robust and optimized print service.
