Job Description
The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all hotel revenues by auditing daily transactions, verifying financial records, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role supports the Finance Department by monitoring revenue-generating operations, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Audit and verify all daily revenue transactions from Front Office, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Spa, and other operating departments.
+ Review and reconcile daily sales reports, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and city ledger postings.
+ Ensure all revenues are correctly recorded and posted to the appropriate accounts.
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies between operational reports and accounting records.
