Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand end‑to‑end lifecycle of facility incidents, from detection and triage through escalation, coordination, and documentation.
- Investigate, acknowledge, and respond to alarms and abnormal operating conditions and serve as first line of defense using monitoring and automation platforms.
- Assess severity, determine escalation paths, and coordinate incident bridges and communication during critical events.
- Maintain incident records and update ticketing systems with detailed actions and timelines; facilitate communications with site operations, vendors, engineering, and management.
- Perform preliminary root cause analysis (RCA), identify recurring issues, and support operational improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, runbooks, and playbooks in all activities.
