We are currently seeking a Incident Management Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Own P1–P3 incident resolution, triage, and bridge coordination
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management across vendors
Coordinate with external vendors (IBM, SaaS providers) for escalations and resolution
Ensure monitoring and observability coverage for production systems
Lead technical troubleshooting across integration platforms and APIs
Maintain runbooks, documentation, and support procedures
Serve as primary escalation point for production issues
