**Job Description**
The Inbound Coordinator will manage the central inbound vendor inbox, which serves as the primary communication channel for over 450 active vendors. This role involves handling ASN status, inventory discrepancies, and inventory inquiries. This position in a work from home position but must be comfortable traveling to a few sites.
**Responsibilities**
+ Triage and resolve inbound exceptions promptly, including misdirected cartons, incorrect barcodes, quantity discrepancies, missing labels, and transit damage claims.
+ Coordinate between warehouse sites, third-party operations managers, and vendors to ensure exceptions are investigated and closed with clear root-cause documentation.
+ Act as the liaison between the company and its eight fulfillment center sites, tracking inbound appointment activity, escalating delays, and flagging risks before they become problems.
