What will you be doing?

Your role will be to provide ongoing support to participants who have secured employment. You will achieve this by:

• Providing mentoring and coaching whilst assisting with navigating the challenges of new employment.
• Ensuring participants they have the tools and resources to succeed.
• Performing regular check-ins with participants and connecting them to support services as needed.
• Collaborating with employers to foster a positive working relationship.
