â˘Responsibility for sales in defined territory for Blue tools, MT & HG through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
â˘Network management of direct dealers & sub-dealers. Provide optimal service to them.
â˘With systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the conversion/development of direct dealers
â˘Enhance the quality of existing channel partners
â˘Specific initiatives to support products- New launches, Cordless etc
â˘Entrepreneurial turnover and GM responsibility optimization in terms product mix
â˘Support of dealers in B2B portal
â˘Digital tool usage to improve business results
â˘Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing
