In House Counsel - APAC

Full-time Legal

We’re looking for an In House Counsel to provide dedicated legal support across our APAC region. The role reports to our UK-based Global Legal Director for Contracts and involves commercial contracts, disputes, regulatory matters and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Support our high performing sales teams across several divisions that sell into markets across the APAC region.
• Create templates and internal materials to ensure consistency and efficiency in contract risk management across Access group businesses in the APAC region.
• Manage a high volume of deals and ensure sales into APAC markets align with risk, commercial and pricing policies adopted across other geographies.
• Handle contractual aspects of enterprise sales deals throughout the sales cycle, from bid stage to contract finalisation.
