Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to provide expert employment law advice and support across a broad range of HR and legal matters. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with UAE employment legislation, mitigate legal risk, and support business operations through practical, commercially focused legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice on UAE employment law and employee relations matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies, disciplinary documentation and settlement agreements.
• Advise on employee lifecycle matters including recruitment, probation, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and associated employment legislation.
• Support investigations into employee relations issues and provide legally sound recommendations. <...
