TELUS is seeking an In‑Building RF Engineer to design and optimize our next‑generation indoor distributed antenna systems (DAS). You will deliver world‑class high capacity systems and complex indoor connectivity solutions. You will also drive innovation by leading automation initiatives to streamline complex in‑building studies and analysis.

What you’ll do:

• Design and optimize our next‑generation Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), including small‑cells and multi‑operator systems
• Deliver high quality indoor RF design by selecting optimal solutions and equipment while considering capacity requirements, building layout, and macro network interaction
• Analyze indoor coverage and propagation using industry‑standard RF design and analysis tools
• Manage inter‑regional projects from conception through deployment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Capacity Engineers, Per...
