Import Supervisor Position

Education / Qualifications

International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering

Main Responsibilities

1. Internal daily/weekly shipping meetings for import planning and follow up with all parties involved.
   • Import Ocean Freights
   • Import Land Freight
   • Import Air Freight
   • Export Ocean Freight
2. Elaborate all customs paperwork for the import of raw materials, components, assets, tooling and consumables in compliance with Mexican regulation, while maintaining Terex Genie Mexico’s IMMEX program and VAT certification.
   • Analyze and determine the correct import process (TGM - TGG - Regimen)
   • HTS classification process with Mexican customs broker and corporate
   • Ensure brand, model and serial number of fixed assets before the import process and the correct declaration in customs...
