About the Role
We are seeking an Ocean Import Operations Specialist to join a well-established Australian Owned international logistics business. You will be part of a supportive operations team managing import freight shipments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and for ensuring shipments move smoothly from origin to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ocean freight shipments
• Process bookings, shipment creation, tracking, and transhipments
• Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries
• Prepare and process invoicing (customer, AP/AR)
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams
