The Import Officer will handle the end-to-end processing of import shipments, ensuring accurate and timely customs clearance in coordination with brokers, government agencies, and internal teams. This role involves preparing and reviewing import documentation (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, permits), coordinating with shipping lines/airlines and warehouse teams for cargo release, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring compliance with Philippine customs regulations service standards. The Import Officer works closely with the sales and operations teams to keep clients updated on shipment progress and resolve any import-related issues or delays.
