Position OverviewThe Import/Export Specialist is responsible for following up on shipments and import—and export-related activities within the operation.ResponsibilitiesImport / Export OperationsCoordinate the import and export of materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade agreements.Prepare and review shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery.Stay updated on changes in international trade policies, tariffs, and regulations.Suppliers and Logistics ManagementCommunicate with Chinese parent company and other suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and resolve any discrepancies or delays.Negotiate terms and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery.Act as a liaison between the production team and external logistics providers to address any operational issues.Mater...
