Position Summary

Import Export Compliance Coordinator reports to the International Compliance Manager. The role involves reviewing and processing day‑to‑day import/export activities to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations. It requires a detail‑oriented individual with strong communication skills and experience in U.S. import/export compliance, and involves timely interaction with Customs Brokers, Purchasing and Customer Service.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform daily review of Safariland Entry Summary documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with buyers to resolve valuation discrepancies.
• Coordinate with International Customer Service to correctly import returned goods.
• Maintain records required by law.
• Prepare quarterly import/export reports as required.
