Job Description:
The Implementation Specialist provides premier product support for Radiation Oncology Company web-
based applications. This position handles high-level and cross-departmental tasks such as, pre-sales IT 
support calls, marketing and show support, product development beta support, onsite customer installations 
and trouble-shooting.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
∙Implementation of the Radiotherapy Products across varying degrees of network topology and 
operating systems
∙Remote support for configuration and verification of all Radiotherapy products and interface with 
customers to make site ‘Training-Ready’
∙Provide remote or on-site support for training engagements
∙Create detailed instructions and diagrams that address problem-resolution or how-to scenario
