Job Description

This role is an onsite opportunity.

Working Time: hours/week. Monday – Friday. We are currently hiring for kinds of shifts (please be specific in your application):

  • Night shift: : PM – : AM
    Split shift: AM - PM (on-site) & PM - AM (work from home)

    • Work location: Helios Building, th Floor, Quality Tech Software Complex, District , Ho Chi Minh City.


    As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

  • Set up clients with new Trading Partners via a portal. Gather information from new trading partners.

  • Build/Maintain Trading Partner records

  • Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met

  • Participate in problem-solving activities and escalate issues to relevant teams

  • Report to team management as well as involved project coordinator
