Position Overview
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of new clients, coordinating all necessary activities from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST, Remote/Onsite

Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize Intake
- Coordinate with Sales to review call notes and aggregate project details.
- Client Intros
- Lead kick-off calls to gather requirements and establish availability.
- Meeting Planning
- Organize and set up recurring weekly project meetings.
- Internal Setup
- Proficient with Google Space/Drive for team onboarding (Managers, Mentors, Billers).
- Communication
- Dispatch biller details, access checklists, and schedules via internal correspondence.
