1. Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure the delivery feasibility during pre-sales phase
2. Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.
- Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, be responsible for the result of project profitability.
- Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.
