+ Support assembly and production operations
+ Operate machines and use basic hand tools
+ Read blueprints and follow work instructions
+ Perform quality checks using measuring tools
+ Help maintain a clean and organized work area
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or a hands-on environment
+ Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers a plus)
+ Comfortable working with numbers/decimals
+ Willing to learn and work overtime if needed
