**Job Description**
The Assembly Associate produces high-quality products by assembling a variety of components according to established procedures and company policies. This role supports the full assembly process, contributes to overall production flow, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area within a wheelchair production facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble components and products according to established procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
+ Perform all functions of the assembly process as needed, including placing appropriate backs on the line, wiping conformal surfaces free of debris, and transferring conformal from racks to pallets on the line.
+ Lay appropriate gaskets and backs with careful hand patting to ensure proper fit and quality.
+ Remove assembled cushions from pallets and overlays and transfer them to racks in an organized and efficient manner.
